About Us

At Lindsey Logistics transportation and transitional living, we’re more than just a transportation service — we’re a community resource dedicated to helping under-served individuals build stable, healthy, and independent lives.

We believe that stability begins with accessibility. That’s why, in addition to providing a safe and supportive living environment, we also ensure our members can access the care and resources they need.

Through trusted community partnerships, we outsource professional services such as therapy, medical care, and group support, helping every individual receive the attention and guidance they deserve.

Our Mission

At Lindsey Logistics transportation and transitional living, our mission is to deliver compassionate, dependable transportation and supportive housing solutions that empower individuals to live with dignity, stability, and connection.

Founded by Sophia Lindsey, an LGBTQ advocate and CDL-licensed professional, we serve Arizona’s most vulnerable populations — including seniors, justice-involved individuals, and adults with mild disabilities — by providing safe housing, coordinated care, and reliable transportation to medical and essential appointments.

Through our non-licensed board and care homes and community-based logistics services, we are committed to reducing barriers to housing, healthcare, and independence for those often overlooked. We believe every person deserves respect, inclusion, and the opportunity to thrive within their community.

Vision

Our vision is to create a stronger, more inclusive Arizona where no senior, justice-involved individual, or person with disabilities is left without support, transportation, or a safe place to call home. Lindsey Logistics transportation and transitional living envisions a network of affordable, non-licensed supportive homes and trusted transportation services that promote stability, reduce isolation, and improve quality of life for adults aged 40 and older who are under-served but capable of independent living with minimal support.

Guided by compassion, integrity, and equality, we strive to bridge the gap between housing, healthcare, and community — transforming lived experience and professional expertise into practical solutions that address the housing crisis and promote lasting change across Maricopa County and the State of Arizona.
